PEPPER TUNA WONTON NACHOS

Kevin and I first tried pepper tuna together at this cheap - but delicious sushi spot in California. It has become a staple ever since. When I came across this sashimi tuna from H-Mart, I jumped through my skin. Although the first time I ever tried to make pepper tuna, I overcooked the hell out of it (Kevin liked it, lol.) I learned from my mistakes and feel pretty good about making it now.
I found this recipe and wanted to try something new. I love the pepper tuna in this, but somehow love the wonton chips more? Like, if you try this, please fry the wonton wrapper! Do not use tortilla chips, trust me - it's not the same.
